The name Wup Siv Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Wup Siv Birěkhka was founded by Helenys Glënho, who was culturaly Constructi.

Wup Siv Birěkhka was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1262, by Helenys Glënho. The establishment of Wup Siv Birěkhka was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Helenys Glënho electing to pay people to resettle in Wup Siv Birěkhka.

Wup Siv Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wup Siv Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
